Mia's Place A stunning Lodge to relax and unwind

Mia's Place is a beautiful lodge for 4 guests. Nestled in a gorgeous scenic aspect on Felmoor Country Park in Northumberland, it provides a quiet holiday base from a family or friends.

Built in 2019, it has all the mod cons you would imagine including large fridge freezer, washing machine. Mia's has two bedrooms which are a king size with walk in wardrobe and a twin, with an en-suite to the master bedroom.

The living space is modern and bright with fabulous comfy furniture and open plan kitchen/living. A wonderful communal space for all to share with free WiFi

With central heating and additional fire it's an all year round lodge - warm and cosy and romantic for two, or a haven for a family.

The Hot Tub adds that extra touch of luxury - imagine soaking up the bubbles whilst doing a bit of start gazing or simply watching the sun go down. A wonderful experience any time of year.

The closest beach provides you with miles and miles of golden sand where your dogs can run free too and is just about 15 mins drive.

The Home of Harry Potter is just up the road, in Alnwick Castle and you have other fabulous castles to explore along the coast including Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh, Chillingham, Warkworth and many others.

There are villages that will delight and surprise you and gorgeous pubs, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy some true Northumbrian hospitality.

There are lots of activities such as horse-riding, golf, cinemas, theatres, swimming pools and much much more for the whole family to enjoy.

This is our second visit to Mia's Place and like the first it did not disappoint. Beautifully clean, lively gift of prosecco and chocolates, much appreciated. Quiet site so not unwanted disturbance. An excellent base to visit surrounding areas like Bamburgh, Seahouses, Alnwick, Alnmouth, Amble and Druridge Bay Park to name a few. Plenty to keep you going. Only point to make is it would be ideal if it was a smart tv, but having said that the lack of didn't spoil our break. Will definitely be back.

Lovely place to stay, they even decorated it with banners as we had just hot married and left us a bottle of fizz with a box of chocolates. The lodge was clean and spotless, all the dishes you needed. The park its self has a really nice bar and restaurant with a games room for the kids. The only thing missing on the park is a shop. Very close to Northumberland zoo.

Needed a dog friendly property to wind down for a few days. The property was ideal, well equipped, well furnished and comfortable. Booking was easy and the company gave useful information prior to attending. Only a short distance from some beautiful beaches and some great country pubs all dog friendly. There is a bar/restaurant on site but we didn’t use it. Thankyou for a good few days away

It was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. The welcome gift was a lovely surprise too. Mia's Place is well equipped with everything you need, the living area and kitchen are well designed ànd feel light, airy and spacious. The master bedroom is extremely spacious and the bed was super comfy. The only downside I would say is you don't have much of a view, but having said that it would not deter us from returning. We have stayed at Felmoor Park before and this was by far our favourite and we would recommend it to anyone.

Having stayed here before expectations were high and this property didn’t disappoint. As soon as you arrive and enter it’s like home from home and for once the weather was kind. The only complaint was that the box of chocolates were left in the sun and they melted. I would think that you would really need to work hard to not enjoy this lodge

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here and would definitely stay again. Mia’s was comfortable, clean and had a home from home feel about it. Plenty crockery, utensils, glasses for our needs, and bedrooms were spacious, comfortable with very good storage space too. Quiet location on the park and we used the Restaurant on site which was excellent too - go hungry as portions huge!

The property is very well presented and all the important information is readily available within a provided folder. Directions to the property were also very well documented, although the key box wasn't obvious as it seems to blend with the LED lighting around the walkway. The property is located, has stated in a very quiet location and about 5 mins walk from the Bar/Cafe/Restaurant The accommodation provides all that is required on arrival, tea coffee etc. Its probably worth saying that there are no shopping facilities on site for milk bread etc but I think most people would bring there own any way. The furnishings within the property are clean and comfy and with no sign of wear and tear. The walk in dressing room was also not expected. The only item I would add would be a glass measuring jug for the microwave (for scrambled eggs etc). Other than that then 4 adults could have a very restful break. The hot tub was set on a toasty 40 degrees C when we arrived and the temperature never fell below that figure despite the vast amounts of rain. The tub was clean and seemed to be well maintained. Despite the closeness of the A1 road which could be heard from most of the site I never heard any traffic noise in the cabin. Infact I never really heard much outside noise in the cabin other than a young child jumping on the floor in the next cabin. All in all I would highly recommend this property and would like to than the owner for the work they must put in which as a guest I wouldn't see
