Bockenfield Country Park is a quiet, peaceful site set within beautiful countryside and Meadow View Retreat enjoys a lovely elevated position overlooking woodland and a small burn. When you arrive you will notice that the property sits on probably the sunniest spot on the park with natural sunlight streaming onto the front deck all day. Stepping into the property you will notice a warm and welcoming living space, and open plan kitchen and a beautifully equipped dining area. The sofa is comfortable and has plenty of space to lounge and relax. There is a flat screen TV and free WIFI in the property.

Recently updated it is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and basin. There are two bedrooms, a good size double bedroom with plenty wardrobe space and space for a travel cot and an en-suite toilet and basin. The second bedroom is a twin with fitted wardrobe.

With plenty outdoor space on the terrace you can wile away the hours relaxing in the splendour of a beautiful countryside retreat.. There is a play park on site with a huge pirate ship and a zip wire that children of all ages will love to explore. A small clubhouse offers drinks and snacks and during busier times activities for children and families. It is a short walk to the Crazy Horse Saloon on Felmoor Park, who have a games room for children, together with bar and restaurant.

Ideally located near the A1 between Morpeth and Alnwick the park is just a short drive to the stunning beaches along the Northumberland Coastline. With Alnwick only 9 miles you can visit the stunning gardens and castle, home to Harry Potter. Northumberland really has everything you need to relax and get away from it all. Not only is it one of the most picturesque parts of the country, it is also a region steeped in history and heritage including Hadrian’s Wall.
