Your property stays yours. We handle the marketing, guest enquiries, bookings and payments, and you keep full visibility through your own owner portal. You’ll also have a dedicated account manager: someone who knows your property and is there to help every step of the way.

How much commission do you charge?
Our commission rates are competitive and depend on whether we manage your property exclusively or alongside other channels. We’re always transparent about this and happy to talk it through.
Can I still take my own bookings?
Absolutely. Your calendar is yours: block out dates for friends, family or your own stays anytime, and we’ll work around them.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. We don’t lock owners into long contracts, so you’re free to leave whenever you like. We’d rather earn your trust.
What platforms will my property be listed on?
We list across 50+ platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and Holidu, all managed from one place, so you get maximum visibility without the admin.
Who handles guest communication?
We do. From enquiry to check-out, our team handles guest messages, questions and any issues that come up, so you don’t have to.
What types of properties do you work with?
We work with lodge and cottage owners across Northumberland, from single holiday lets to small portfolios. If you’re not sure, just ask.
How and when do I get paid?
You get paid monthly, with clear statements so you can see exactly what’s come in. You only pay when we bring you bookings.
I already use another agency. Can I work with Hemera too?
